When do you ship cooked meals?
We ship cooked meals on Mondays and Wednesdays only. Orders placed after 12pm on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday, and orders placed after 12pm on Monday will be shipped on Wednesday.

How are cooked meals delivered?
All meals are sent via next-day delivery, with delivery times between 8am and 8pm.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?

What happens if my delivery is delayed?
While we work with trusted courier companies, we cannot control delays on their end. We advise placing your order well in advance to avoid disappointment.
How are meals packaged?
All cooked meals are frozen immediately after cooking to lock in freshness and flavour. Meals are packaged in well-sealed containers, wrapped in cling film and bubble wrap (if needed), and packed with ice packs before boxing to avoid spillage and ensure safe delivery.
Will my meal arrive frozen?
Yes, your meal may arrive partly frozen or well chilled, depending on transit time and external temperatures. This is completely normal.

We don’t directly provide hall setup, but we work with trusted vendors to ensure your food is beautifully presented for your occasion.

Do you deliver cakes?
Yes, we offer cake delivery and setup at an additional cost. Currently, we only deliver cakes within London.

No, we do not ship cooked food abroad. However, you can order from our grocery section, which includes raw food products suitable for international shipping.
Will I be charged customs/tariffs for international orders?
Yes, your country may charge customs or tariffs. We are not responsible for these charges. Please check with your local authorities before placing an order.
